Iesha Mitchell-Smith entered the world on October 30th, 1991, the cherished offspring of high school sweethearts, Courtney and Althea Smith. Born prematurely, she confronted numerous health challenges. However, the unwavering love, support, and prayers of her family have been instrumental in shaping her remarkable journey to where she stands today – Blessed and Highly Favored. As the eldest of three siblings, with two younger brothers, Courtney (JR.) Smith and Voshon Smith, Iesha naturally found herself under the protective wings of her siblings.
Driven by thirst for knowledge, Iesha was always immersed in learning. Whether it was dedicating her Saturdays to mastering the French and Spanish language to meticulously overstudying to ensure a comprehensive grasp of all materials, her dedication knew no bounds. When it came to group work, she held firm to the belief that no one could execute tasks with the precision she could. Graduating with multiple diplomas, certificates, and degrees, Iesha eventually found her niche in the financial industry, specializing in Fraud Detection and Risk & Compliance.
From a tender age, Iesha displayed an innate interest in the arts and music, despite her inherent shyness. She fearlessly pursued opportunities to express her creativity, participating in modeling shows, singing competitions, and various musical productions, both onstage and behind the scenes. Whether sketching in her notebook or immersing herself in her favorite melodies, her artistic spirit radiated brightly. Alongside her passion for creativity, Iesha developed a fascination with hair. Through experimentation with different concoctions and delving into scientific articles, she nurtured her love for hair care, finding joy in its intricate world.
Driven by her passion for hair care and empowerment, Iesha aspires to make a significant impact. She envisions a world where every individual feels confident and empowered in their natural hair. Fate orchestrated a reunion between Iesha and Andrew. Though their paths initially crossed in 2020 through mutual acquaintances, it wasn't until 2021 that they reconnected, maintaining sporadic contact. July 2022 marked a significant turning point when Andrew was tasked with retrieving an item from Iesha's residence in preparation for a trip to Jamaica. Update: To this day, Andrew has yet to collect the item lol!!!! Iesha and Andrew have been inseparable since after a 3-hour conversation on that infamous green box!
